Basso Opens New Facility for Staff
The almost 600 square meter new building features restaurants, a locker area, cafe, kitchen, mezzanine floor, and spacious balconies. Thanks to the company human capital’s intense effort, the facility was built in record-breaking time.

Emotion 22, Basso Group’s unit entirely dedicated to e-mobility, is now a member of AAVEA, the Argentinean Association of Electric and Alternative Vehicles.
Basso wins another Export Excellence Award
The
IX Export Excellence Award given by Galicia Bank and La Nación Newspaper is
based on six criteria. These two sponsors received more than 300 applications.
Not only did the Rafaela company win the "New market" category but
Basso also won the Gold Award.
Working together with an agriculture giant, Basso S.A. has started exporting to China and India.
The agricultural giant is John Deere, the world’s largest manufacturer of agricultural equipment. Basso S.A. began shipping valves to John Deere plants in China starting at the end of 2017 and to their plants in India in 2018. Both of these nations are considered non-traditional markets for the Argentine auto part industry.
United Nations Global Compact
Basso S.A. has reasserted the compromise with the UN Global Compact submitting a new- COP “communication on progress”
This engine valves producer has recently presented a new report about its improvements in Corporate Social Responsibility. This communication refers to the ten UN global Compact principles to which the company expressed it commitment by signing in 2004, as one of the pioneers in Argentina. Education, Health and care of the environment have been the bases where Basso SA has centered the CSR policy during the 2016-2018 period.
Best engine of the year for the third year in a row, Ferrari 3.9 uses Argentinean valves
The Ferrari 3,9 L V8 cylinders twin-turbo engine, has just achieved for the third year consecutive the award for “Best engine of the year” organized by the British company UKI Media & events and Engine Technology International magazine.
Polaris has recognized Basso SA for the second consecutive year
The American off –road vehicles and motorcycles producer Polaris, has distinguished once again Basso SA for the quality of both, its products and deliveries with the "Quality Products Awards 2017".
Taking care of the environment
As a member of “Red Argentina del pacto Global” (Argentinean network global pact) Basso SA has signed the commitment to care for the environment protection promoted by United Nations since 2007. The formal ceremony of adhesion to “Caring for the climate” took place on 13th December of this year in the city of Buenos Aires.
Quality standards: Basso S.A. updating to new versions
The auto parts industry based in Rafaela, works with 2 Avant guard quality standards: ISO 9001:2005 and IATF 16949:2016, which endorse its position, already held for decades, within the global supply chain of the automotive industry.
